Do I need to add anything to the cocktail?
No extra ingredients are required. Our cocktails are expertly crafted and ready to drink; simply pinch and tear the corner of the sleeve and pour over ice.
What is the shelf life of NIO Cocktails?
Our cocktails are crafted with high-quality spirits and have a shelf life of over 12 months. You can find the specific 'best before' date printed on the back of each individual sleeve.
How should I store my cocktails?
NIO Cocktails do not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. However, they are best served chilled over ice.
What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders containing 6 or more cocktails.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tampered with. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your cocktails suitable for vegans or those with allergies?
The majority of our cocktails are vegan-friendly. Detailed ingredient lists and allergen information are available on each product page and printed on the back of every cocktail sleeve.
